Hello, I’m Blythe Russo, a Creative Director and brand transformation leader based in Charlotte, NC. I help organizations clarify their vision, strengthen creative systems, and translate strategy into work that resonates with people.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design and Studio Art from Simmons University. I began my career with agencies and publishers in Boston before moving to Los Angeles, where my work expanded into luxury branding, digital marketing, and e-commerce. Today, I serve as Associate Vice President of Marketing and Creative Director at Gardner-Webb University.

My approach blends strategic thinking with practical problem-solving. I lead in-house teams, work closely with executives and cross-functional partners, and collaborate with agencies and artists. Together, we develop brand systems and campaigns across digital, print, video, and environmental channels. I focus on making the work clear, useful, and memorable while building processes that help teams do their best work.
